| Answer: | Yes it has a SIM card. It only operates on a GSM/UMTS network, so that just leaves T-Mobile or ATT in the US. Check with T-Mobile if you want to use it there, but it was designed for ATT. I got the ATT version since ATT is the strongest network in the area I wanted to use it, in my case Northern Michigan. If you have LTE in your area, I suggest you get one with LTE capability. The difference in speed between UMTS and LTE is phenomenal, 2 meg per second vs. 8-12 meg per second.For me, I still use mine since I am ok with 2meg per second downloads. |
