Answer:	The raw blocks are more natural. These bars seem to be comercially made so they are more consistent in quality and texture. I wouldn't say that this makes them better. Because African black soap exfoliates it should not be used every day, because it will begin to dry your skin after prolonged daily use.

The main box is wrapped in plastic due to amazon regulations on packaging. But that is the only plastic used on this product. We have reached out to amazon regarding the plastic on the box, but we have not received an answer yet.

After a tremendous amount of research we believe that finding a certified sustainable palm oil source will be the best way to commit to our environmentally friendly ideals.
