Question:	Can anyone tell me aproximate length for size small or medium
Answer:	Honestly, I love these shirts but they are much too long. I'm 5'4 and 128 lbs and they fall past my butt. I ended up cutting about 3 inches off the length - which makes them fall just 1-2 inches below my waist. I don't sew, but the cut edge rolls up after a wash and for me the casual look works. Like others have said, the material is really soft and stretchy which makes this shirt better than most. I also really like the neckline - it's crew but a bit lower so more feminine.

Answer:	No they don't. I wash in cold water and dry for 10 min on low and then finish drying on a hanger. The fabric is soft and very comfortable to wear.

Answer:	I washed mine in cold water and low heat in the drier. The shrinkage was very minimal and it wasn't enough to change how it fit.

Answer:	It actually felt like the neck opening was too big, for me. Even with all buttons done, I felt like the neck was too loose, back of neck was more exposed than any other henley I've tried. The material is nice and comfy, but neck too loose for me.
