Answer:	Mine turned out way too big and needs to be adjusted which I'm happy to do myself. If I were you, I'd get a large as it should be baggy if you can fit a medium. Also, plan to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath as I find mine to be a bit itchy. It's not heavy duty, so shouldn't be too warm.
