Answer:	The legs and frame are metal (aluminum?). The tips on the legs are rubber and the seat and back made of hard plastic.It is very sturdy. I bought it for my 90 year old mother and she really likes it.

Answer:	The important measurement is the clearance, not the leg length. There are cross tubes under the seat so the highest clearance after all the legs are extended to their full length is 19 1/2 inch. Unfortunately my tub wall height is 22 1/4 inch. The transfer bench is too large & bulky to send back in light of the fact that I'll only need it for 2 - 4 weeks after my back surgery. I'm just going to put a 2x6 under the exterior legs (2x4s are too narrow for safety).

The large front wheels are excellent for navigating over bumps in the sidewalk or indoor thresholds. It comes in three sizes and you should select the height that works best for you as the seat is not adjustable. I mention this as my mother is quite short and the seat height on the Medium size rollator was too high and not as comfortable so we returned it for the shorter version which was a perfect fit for her. The handles are adjustable though. The bag, which is included, is very handy and large enough to stow a purse and other items. You may want to find a clip-on attachment if you want some sort of cup holder. We would always get compliments and interest in the Drive Medical Nitro Rollator on outings - we were very impressed with the quality and function it as well as others who saw it. Answer:	The "regular" is listed by the manufacturer as weighing 17.5 lbs, while the DLX is listed at 22 lbs. The mfg lists the regular as being made of aluminum, but is silent on the composition of the DLX. (something heavier than aluminum?) The seats are different.

Answer:	No, the Xbox one doesn't support "wired" USB legacy controllers. There's a list of compatible legacy controllers in the Rock Band forums. The product works great though, especially after the new Xbox experienced hashed out a few minor issues.

Answer:	Hey Jacob - as far as I'm aware you can use up to four instruments on the one device. I used two wireless guitars with no issues at all. It basically works like the old 360 did and you can have up to four 360 devices on this one adapter. You would have to check for compatibility for your particular instrument though and it only accepts wireless instruments (no additional usb port for wired mics).

Answer:	If the pump sticks and a quick soak of the top in hot water does not unstick, there is still an easy way that usually works. Pull the inner top off (the part with the nozzle) the main part of the top. In side you will see little holes at the bottom around a ring. These get clogged. You can use a q-tip and some hot water to clean them out. This where the foam gets through. I find a wash with hot water and then swirl a q-tip around the ring (the q-tip fits down into the ring) will pull up any gunk/dirt from impurities in the soap. Then, put the inner top back on and it should be good again.

Answer:	The dispenser may have sucked up full thickness soap or foam has gotten into theta air reservoir. I add the soap to the bottom line and add warm or hot water to 1/2" below the bottom line. You must not shake or create foam before adding the plunger. I mix the soap to dilute using a stick (chopstick), then add the plunger. If your top air reservoir already is filled with water and foam, you may be lucky enough to pull it open by slightly squeezing and pulling apart (with out cracking it...luck), then draining it. Reassemble and try again. Hope this works for you.

Answer:	I doubt it. Since the directions for use explicitly direct the user to dilute whatever soap they are desiring to use with it I suspect that straight lotion would most certainly clog it. It is designed to foam soap, not dispense lotion.

Answer:	Dawn that has the proportion of water added to thw dispenser works very well. If you use Dawn without diluting it, it is too concentrated.

I am 6'2" and I walk as upright as possible, it prevents the hunched over look that puts pressure on my back and forces my shoulders to carry the bulk of the 300 lbs that I weight. This rollator is very sturdy and the adjustable arms allow me to be erect when I walk. It is the best.

Answer:	Yes, the sides collapse to the middle just as on the higher priced walkers. I have an expensive priced walker given to me through Medicare and this one is just as sturdy. Would definitely recommend it.
Question:	what are the pros and cons of a steel or aluminum rollator
Answer:	Handle to Handle is 19 3/4", not including the width of the wheels (5" wheels). I purchased the 3" wheels to go through narrow bathroom doorway. If you put on 3" wheels the walker would be 21 1/4" measurement on the bottom (walker is wider on bottom). If you keep the 5" wheels and flip them to the inside the walker would be approximately 21 1/4" on the bottom side.
Question:	What is the width of the wheel base at it's widest? Needs to fit through 25" bathroom door
Answer:	YES, it's definitely possible to add back wheels. I've had multiple sclerosis for 21 years and have ALWAYS used 4-wheeled walkers. Just buy an additional set of 5" wheels and snap them in just as you do with the front wheels.

Answer:	Any difficulty you would experience putting it behind the seat would not come from the width but from the length. I keep mine in my car trunk and it just barely fits. I think you would end up having to lay it flat on the back seat and it would take up the entire back seat. However, this walker has so many other advantages that I would not let that be a barrier to buying it. The larger wheels which roll effortlessly over anything, able to fold it up with one hand, and it stays upright when folded are features that I haven't found in other products.

Answer:	If it is within 30 days try contacting Amazon. If over 30 days do a google search for drive medical and call them. They replaced my fathers walker when it broke 2 months after purchase.

Answer:	Mr. Williams I will answer your question with some comments. A. My Rollator is a Model 795B B. Its seat height is 21 Inches and not adjustable on this model. C. I understand that on some of the newer models the seat height can be changed with the use of spacers. D. Personally, I consider the seat height relatively inconsequential because I seldom use the Rollator as a "chair". For me it serves as set of "crutches with wheels".

Answer:	The picture on this page shows the unit arranged as a rollator. When the person pushing it wants to sit down they turn around and sit between the handles and lean on the backrest. When it is used as a transport chair, the backrest is removed and reinstalled in the reverse direction. A foot rest is dropped down so that the sitting person has a back rest and a foot rest. The person that pushes then uses the handles to push. This capability means that the unit travels in the same direction whether used as a rollator or transport chair. The leading two wheels are the only ones that swivel and they swivel in a complete circle. The wheels are very sturdy with molded plastic rims and solid rubber tires.
