Answer:	Runs bigger than average size indeed; however it all depends on what's the purpose. I.e. I use it for riding my bike, sometimes using jacket which adds bulk, in this case taking advantage of the extra size. If you plan on using it for running where you would use it tighter to your body then I recommend to go with one size smaller.Hope thia helps.

Answer:	Like others have mentioned, it runs on AAA batteries and isn't rechargeable in the traditional sense. However, you can buy six rechargeable AAA batteries and a charger to accomplish the same end goal. If you really want integrating charging, you could pay an electrical engineer to wire in a lithium battery and USB charging board where the AAA batteries would go.

Answer:	Based on daily city commuting use + some longer evening rides, I change the batteries about once a month. Battery life will depend on what illumination mode you use -- Independence Day (blinking red, white, and blue) is a battery hog, according to Noxgear's customer service. The vest will flash only red when the batteries are low, and Noxgear support also told me that for safety reasons the software will detect if just 1 battery is bad in the set. If power goes low during a ride, the red flashing mode usually lasts long enough for me to get home (I'd guess a good 30-45 mins?).

Place cumin seed, fennel seed, and coriander in food grinder and grind fine (OR USE GROUND). Transfer to a small mixing bowl and stir in chili powder, onion powder, and paprika. Remove Boston butt from brine and pat dry. Sift the rub evenly over the shoulder and then pat onto the meat. More rub will adhere to the meat if you are wearing latex gloves. Heat smoker to 210 degrees F. Place butt in smoker and cook for 10 to 12 hours, maintaining a temperature of 210 degrees F. Begin checking meat for proper temp after 10 hours of cooking time, using a fork. Meat is done when it falls apart easily when pulling with a fork. Once done, remove from pot and set aside to rest for at least 1 hour. Pull meat apart with your Pit Gloves and Enjoy!.

Answer:	Let the vest air out outside for 24 hours. This is what I did and the odor decreased significantly, although it never totally goes away (i've had mine 3 months). Hope this helps.

Answer:	This entirely depends on your torso width. I'm fairly this framed so for me ,YES! it does bounce. I had to mod my vest to take in the sides. Before I modded it, the vest would bounce jumping rope, running, even doing burpees was uncomfortable. So again, be mindful that torso width matters.
Question:	what weight do you recommend for a newbie
Answer:	As far as the size (sm,med,lg) really depends upon your height and weight.... I'm 5ft 6in tall, 145lbs. I purchased a medium and it fits perfect. For the weight of the vest....if you're a beginner at whatever it is you're doing, your best bet is to go with the least amount of weight. I purchased the 12lb vest, and if you really think about it, that is a lot of extra weight to be carrying around. Crawl before you walk, start slow.

He tried on a medium, it was a little large through the chest area but the length didn't change at all, so I would probably look for a "tall" in your case. Answer:	I recently got back from a trip to Alaska, where the daytime temperatures ranged from 45 to 70 degrees. While I was able to ventilate the front of my torso by unzipping the vest, the back is not ventilated or breatheable so the back of my shirt under the vest would become wet with sweat at temperatures over 70 degrees F when I was hiking or taking long walks.
