Answer:	Well, Watch out because even if you have an asus laptop this product is useless for Windows 8 or 8.1. I did call the support number and they confirmed that it wasn't happening and that Windows 8/8.1 blows. They suggested I downgrade to Windows 7. If I do downgrade to 7 it won't be to get this $15 part to work- it will be to stop the nightmarish experience of Windows 8. The number for support is 1-812-282-2787. And yes (I'm looking at you, smug sophisticated tech geeks) I should've known better, but I didn't and I hope this saves someone else a little trouble and $14.99. In short, your chances are *pretty good* that it will work with the Plantronics Voyager Focus, but there are no guarantees that it will. Before making the purchase on nothing but chance, you might want to contact the customer service or customer support department at Plantronics and put the question to them directly.

Answer:	I’m success pair my Jabra motion blue tooth earphone with BT600 and BT300. They have different pair process. Put your blue tooth earphone in pair mode in advance, then For BT600, there have a small push button at side of the USB device, you will need use a sharp device i.e. a needle to push this white small push button, then the BT600 USB adopter light will flash with blue color, in my computer it just use few seconds to pair with my Jabra motion even the Plantronics Hub software not shown Jabra motion connection but I do receive music and voice from PC to Jabra motion. For BT300, make sure put your blue tooth earphone in pair mode in advance, then plug BT300 into computer USB port, if you have plug BT300 into computer already, unplug it then plug in after few seconds, the BT300 light will flash for few seconds then pair my Jabra motion, the Plantronics Hub software will recognize Jabra motion as paired earphone.

Answer:	Hello! Yes, you can use the BT300 with your Voyager Pro headset. In order to pair the headset to the BT300 you will need to put the headset in pairing mode. 1) Turn the headset on (press and hold the power button until the indicator LED flashes red/blue). 2) Plug the BT300 directly into your PC. 3) Once successfully paired, the BT300 will light up solid blue and you will hear "pairing successful" on the headset. Question:	What are the difference between bt300, bt300-m and bt300c
Answer:	I don't know about the bt300-c, but the difference with the bt300-m is that it will work with Microsoft Skype for Business. Don't think bt300will. I tried several Bluetooth nibs and it was only when I got the bt300-m that I got Skype working. Shame to have to pay so much compared to a standard Bluetooth nib, but that's the breaks.
