Redesigned with an optimized shape and a total of six wheels for added stability, the Turbo I is durable, quiet, and powerful. It offers the convenience of an autostart function when connected to any power tool with an input of 5 to 2,000 watts. When you turn an attached power tool on or off, the vacuum does the same.
Equipped with a 6-gallon capacity, this vacuum provides 90 inches of static water lift for fast and easy cleanup, and can be used as a wet dust extractor with an optional anti-foam filter.
To extend the life of the motor and prevent electrical damage, the Turbo I features a dual fan motor. The dual fan allows the vacuum to suck the dirty material into the body while a separate fan cools the motor. This sytem prevents dirty air from getting into the motor, keeping it clean and efficient.

The new Fein Turbo I HEPA 6 gallon dust extractor has been redesigned with an optimized shape and 6 wheels instead of 4 for added stability. These HEPA vacs meet the EPA standard for filtration. Also at an average of 60 decibels, they are far quieter than most other popular vacuums. All three models come with a variable suction control, the suction can be adjusted via a simple and durable switch. Variable suction control saves energy and reduces noise level to an absolute minimum. All models can be used wet or dry, also included in the vacuum is the TIIHEPA filter that will capture particles down to 0.3 micron ( HEPA ). This will help eliminate all of your fine dust cleanups including lead paints and any other hazardous material. The Turbo I comes standard with a basic clean up kit. Item does not include the 5 micron cloth filter.

| Answer: | There are two types of filtering in this unit: (1) The paper - or plastic - bag which is designed to trap dust/debris and let out relatively clean air which is filtered one more time by the (2) secondary finer filter which is either the TEXTILE FILTER or the CYLINDRICAL/ROUND HEPA CARTRIDGE. I use and recommend the paper bag/HEPA paper cartridge combination because it offers the best - yet affordable - protection for lungs which cannot be fixed or replaced at any cost. I wouldn't stick to the trades if I couldn't protect my lungs from long term fine dust exposure damage. I recommend you call FEIN USA 800-441-9878 for the best most reliable information on FEIN products, they have excellent technical assistance and customer service. |
