The sleeves are attached to the wallet. You can't take only one card, you would need to take the wallet. I got the RDIF sleeves. They fit in the wallet sleeves, then you take the card, in the sleeve with you & leave the wallet behind. I bought them from Amazon. Answer:	It depends on the pants. If it has cargo pockets, then yes. If you have slim fitting skinny jeans then no. Also, depends on the number of cards and other things you have. Overall, this is a larger wallet and in fact, that is its appeal (to some). It holds more cards and and is a bit bigger. I would say say it is not ideal if you carry your wallet in the front pocket all the time.

Answer:	Yes, and it blocks RFID signals. The billfold walls seem to be built of RFID-blocking material. I tested the RFID blocking properties of this wallet by trying to "scan" my mass transit/subway card while it was still in my wallet. This is something that I regularly could do in my old (non-blocking) wallet. No matter where the card was in the wallet, even when in the billfold, the card scanner would not recognize the card while the wallet was closed. If I opened the wallet and placed the card anywhere inside (except in the billfold pockets), the card could scan successfully when the inside of the wallet was placed against the scanner.
