Question:	So many reviews say these shoes are fake. Is there anyway to tell if you are getting the genuine shoes
Answer:	The insoles in this model are not removable. You should be able to insert a thin 3/4 arch support, but a custom orthotic will likely not work.
Question:	i need 9 long normal with what size ecco shoul id buy
Answer:	Size 8-8.5 may be too big. ECCO is from Sweden, so the sizing is totally different. They tend to run larger. It's best to try them on first. I typically wear a 9 in US size, but the ECCO 7-7.5 (41) fit me perfect. If you don't have an ECCO store near you, use Zappos or other online store that has free return shipping.
Question:	Do these stretch out a little over time? 43 is slightly tight but 44 is too loose
Answer:	The size I order was way larger the size I buy in the store. The shoes was large in size even I ordered the correct size.

Answer:	The New Jersey is styled with a sleeker look; thinner sole, narrower toe etc. while the Helsinki has one of ECCO's thicker more comfortable cushioned soles. the New Jersey is better with a suit etc. while the Helsinki is more casual and better paired with trousers or khakis.

Answer:	I don't think that they are fake. I think that they are manufactured at different factories. And they probably construct the shoes with whatever materials that are available at the time. For the money, I find Cole Haans to be a much better buy.
