Answer:	I did not see the dimensions listed in the add, however, other customers listed the dimensions on their reviews. You will not go wrong with this bag. Very durable, sturdy, and roomy. Answer:	It sure is. This is a great bag. Although, with two 5 lb. weights, the straps may be a little uncomfortable on your hands if you're going to carry them around for a long time, but to each his own. The straps are about an inch wide and folded and sewn in half in the middle where you carry the bag. When the bag is really weighed down they'd probably bite into your hands a little, but then again that would happen with any bag. The bag is definitely constructed sturdily enough to handle that weight, and more.

Answer:	The bag is slightly wider on top than on the bottom. About 16" wide on top and about 14" wide at the bottom. The bag is about 13" tall and 6" deep. There is an interior pocket that's about 7" x 8". It holds my phone and my wallet. I use the bag for spin class, and it fits 2 pairs of shoes plus a seat and a towel with room to spare.
