Answer:	The warning is there for California consumers because that's the only state requiring it. The warning has no validity for the rest of the world. There's no warning on my 40+ Multi for Men and I've consumed many years-worth of the 55+ without any concerns or problems.

Answer:	The supplement facts do not state that it is required during workouts. You can certainly use this supplement if you are not working out.

Answer:	I believe right away (within first month). The "new hair" that the stylist commented on was consistent with 4-6 months of growth (4-6"), which is consistent with the time period the vitamins were started. I do want to add that she was not taking a multi vitamin before, so I can't say 100% it is these vitamins or just any vitamin would do it.

Answer:	It's best to take them separately throughout the day so your body will absorb it because if you take too much at once you will just urinate most of it out because your body can only absorb so much at one time.

Question:	Why not usda certified organic
Answer:	This product does contain the cyanocobalamin form of B12, sadly. (This is the form of B12 that is typically synthetically derived, and much less healthy than methylcobalamin, due to the products the liver produces when metabolising it, i.e. - a small amount of cyanide). You can find the ingredient name on the product website. Previous versions of this vitamin contained methylcobalamin. I'm very sad about this, as I used to LOVE this product, and in most ways I still do. But since it was bought by Procter & Gamble, many of the ingredients have changed, as have many of the available product lines.
