Question:	How to reset if you do not have the 3 digit numbers? We set it but perhaps bumped it before we finished and now we can not lock it. I have 10 hours
Answer:	Try all the combinations, especially if you know close to what the number should be. Example, if you intended to set it to 345 but that doesn't work, try 346, 344, or 245, 445. Worst case (and I've done this with other 3 digit combos) start at 000, 001, 002. The worst case would be to have to go to 999 (that 1000 combinations). It sounds terrible but really doesn't take that long.

Answer:	Yes, one strap, but it is cross strap, total length 4.2M belt, so you can see it will protect your luggage from Horizontal to Vertical, All Body! Cross style!

Answer:	No, there's no key. The key hole is for TSA agents to use to unlock the strap since they don't know the combination. Instructions weren't included but I found them on-line when I looked up this product.
Question:	Can this strap be used to keep spmeone from using a portable oven by strapping it around the door
Answer:	That is a good question, and it really boils down to how motivated that person is to use your portable oven. The straps CAN be adjusted while the lock is locked. So, that being said someone could potentially adjust the straps far enough to slide them off of your oven. Depending on your ovens model you may be able to strap it through the handle of your portable oven. Plese keep in mind these straps are NOT intended for heat, and the buckles are made of plastic. So make sure your oven is cool before using the straps, and to make sure you dont use the oven while the straps are on it. As far as fitting on your oven, it depends on the demensions. However. If it is a convectional oven it should fit. Hope my answer helps. Good luck with whoever is trying to use your oven.

Answer:	Once the combination has been changed , the "factory combo" no longer works. I set one up with a combo that I could not remember and could not get it to open even using the original numbers.Even the manufacturer did not or would not supply a "master code". Locks are very nice and work well.
Question:	Why is there a key hole at the bottom
Answer:	The key hole fits a universal TSA key that is used at airports only. It is pretty unnoticeable and really only used when traveling.

Answer:	Attach a lanyard through that metal loop and tie it to the bottom of the zipper pull. That way you won't lose your lock when it is open, or if the TSA does not close it properly.

Answer:	It could be done, but would be very difficult. The tighter you make the strap when on your luggage the more difficult it would be. This is the same with all straps of this kind. TIP: Always run the strap thru the handle as this makes it more difficult to loosen strap. We’ve traveled all over the world and have never had our straps come loose (we use soft side luggage & adjust the straps so they are VERY tight). To open just dial con combo & squeeze.
