Answer:	I haven't unloaded it & reloaded it yet, & a lot depends on how much "shape" you expect it to keep. I find that when it lies open at home, it slouches a bit but when the flap is secured, it holds it's shape fairly well. It does not have anything more than double thicknesses of canvas material giving it shape but I was surprised how well it stays rectangular. My bag stays fairly full. Someone who didn't fill it would probably have problems with it holding shape over the long haul. Frankly, it's hard to answer because expectations vary a lot. My expectation was that it would hold my stuff & not be mistaken for a rag. It exceeds those expectations. But if you expect it to be perfectly squared off in all situations, that's probably unrealistic.

Answer:	On mine, the entire main pocket has a zippered flap across the top. It doesn't fully enclose everything, but it would certainly stop the laptop or largeish items from falling out. There is about a 1-inch opening on either side. I have the 15-Grey version, although looking at the photos they all seem to have it.

Answer:	Hi - for me so far, it latches and stays latched fine without it being locked-it's not a hair-trigger at all. The caveat would be that there is some possibility of accidentally brushing against the latch (it's a pry-type from its top) and causing it to open. I never lock mine, but it doesn't "move around" a lot either. Hope this was helpful.

Answer:	Hello, we appreciate your question. This tablet bag only has a trolley strap in the back, does not have a back top grab handle. The packaging on the office depot version does have a hook in the back to allow it to hang on shelves, but does not have a rear handle either. Hope this helps!
