Answer:	Hi, I just got this and used it for a trip. I took it to the beach every day and it handled some water exposure just fine (transfer of water from wet bathing suit, minor splashing, etc). It says waterproof but I have not tried it with significant water exposure. While it is well-made with a thick material, I would guess that with significant water exposure there would be some water seepage through the zippers. Hope this helps!
