Answer:	It easily fits my 15" surface book 2 while encased in a protective cover. However the dimensions of the "15 in" Surface Book is 13.5" x 9.87" x 0.568-0.90" . If your laptop is actually 15.6" in width of length it would probably not fit. Check the tech specs and if within that of the Surface Book 2 15in it should fit.

Answer:	The large is appx. 26" by 17" and the small is 18" by 13". The closed dimensions (without unzipping the extra space is appx. 10" for the large and 7" for the small. Both are quite generous.

Answer:	Unfortunately, it depends on what airline you take! It used to meet standards; now they are suggesting new ones, especially for non US-carriers. Check what your airline allows. We bought this because it was one inch smaller than the smallest carry-on we owned. It fit easily in the overhead compartment for our United flight. NOTE: we did not overfill it - it becomes about an inch wider where the zipper is if you can't squeeze it shut.

Answer:	I can't speak for the marble, but the rose gold is textured. I would also say that if you travel frequently and check your bag, be careful of this particular suitcase. It gets banged up pretty easily when it's being handled via checked luggage - I travel for work a lot, and one of the zippers has already broken off and the surface gotten scratched.

Answer:	The dark gray scratches very easy. It was a carry on so I know it was not mishandled. My past suitcases never became scratched. This one scratches easily and they do not come off.
