Question:	What dize hole do you drill in countertop to install tower
Answer:	I don't have the address or site but it's pretty easy to install. A few DON'Ts... 1)Don't drill the main hole too big. 2) Unless you have the crimping tool, don't use the crimper ring use hose clamps instead. 3) Don't let it sit there after having used it, the spring and nozzle assemble STICK BAD and you have to disassemble a big part, soak in HOT water, and hope that you can free it up. Don't leave the CO2 canister on or under pressure... just in CASE it leaks. I recommend using your own screws to mount the unit on the fridge and make sure the escutcheon plate will cover the screws, you might want to consider bolting through the fridge rather than just screwing down. If you bolt, you'll need lock washers and regular washers... again, make sure they fit! Enjoy your tap. Red hose to CO2.

The handles on this system keep getting stuck. How to fix this?

Sticking faucets are a common problem in home draft systems, especially when they are not used often. Disconnecting the draft system and running the faucets under hot water for a few seconds usually does the trick. Also spraying the front of the faucets with water can help as well, essentially beer dries in the front portion of the faucet causing it to stick, beer is very sticky when dry but water breaks it down pretty easily.

I cant get anything other than foam, is there a problem with my settings?

1. High Co2 Pressure: We normally recommend 10~12 pounds. Pull the relief valve on the coupler and adjust output up as you are pouring.
2. Beer Lines: Beer lines longer than 6 feet can cause issues. After long use, please use our cleaning kit (ASIN B07HGN896R) to ensure that the lines are free from dirty.
3. Coupler Probe Washer: If it is damaged or missing, you will always get foam beer.
4. Poor pour: Hold the glass 45 degrees, tilt the glass upright as you reach the halfway point.
5. Warm hose: Install a tower cooler to cool the beer hose inside the tower.

How to fix find and fix a leak in a regulator?

Get a spray bottle and fill it with foaming agent. You can also use a no-rinse sanitizer like Star San mixed with water if you are a home brewer. You just need something that will bubble up when air is escaping.

The handles on this system keep getting stuck. How to fix this?

Sticking faucets are a common problem in home draft systems, especially when they are not used often. Disconnecting the draft system and running the faucets under hot water for a few seconds usually does the trick. Also spraying the front of the faucets with water can help as well, essentially beer dries in the front portion of the faucet causing it to stick, beer is very sticky when dry but water breaks it down pretty easily.

I cant get anything other than foam, is there a problem with my settings?

1. High Co2 Pressure: We normally recommend 10~12 pounds. Pull the relief valve on the coupler and adjust output up as you are pouring.
2. Beer Lines: Beer lines longer than 6 feet can cause issues. After long use, please use our cleaning kit (ASIN B07HGN896R) to ensure that the lines are free from dirty.
3. Coupler Probe Washer: If it is damaged or missing, you will always get foam beer.
4. Poor pour: Hold the glass 45 degrees, tilt the glass upright as you reach the halfway point.
5. Warm hose: Install a tower cooler to cool the beer hose inside the tower.

How to fix find and fix a leak in a regulator?

Get a spray bottle and fill it with foaming agent. You can also use a no-rinse sanitizer like Star San mixed with water if you are a home brewer. You just need something that will bubble up when air is escaping.

Answer:	Mine had a yellow, plastic coated, braided hose (similar to air compressor hose) for the octo and a traditional rubber hose for the 2nd stage. Neither are very flexible. I eventually replaced them both with braided hoses.

Answer:	The coupler that comes with this will fit all domestic beer kegs and most micro-brew kegs. It will not fit homebrew kegged kegs. That requires a different coupler. If you ever go outside of the realm of domestic kegs, makes sure to check a list like this http://www.kegworks.com/company/keg-coupler-list. European beers require a different tap.
