Answer:	I am a staffer at EO Products. We have not tested the product for this purpose and do not claim that will work to repel insects, however, the lavender essential oil MAY help. It would be worth a try. Or, try this recipe for a DIY bug spray: 2oz Witch Hazel, 2oz Distilled Water, 15 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil, 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil, 1/2 teaspoon Vegetable Glycerin (optional to moisturize skin). Mix Witch Hazel, Vegetable Glycerin and Essential Oils in a bowl and whisk. Add water and whisk until well blended. Pour into a spray bottle. Shake before using. Answer:	I put my oil in a spray bottle and spray five squirts across the top of my back before turning off the water. Then I let the shower water hit it lightly so it runs down. I've also put it in a hairdresser's squeeze bottle and run it across the back of my shoulders.

Answer:	I think it depends on how sensitive your nose is (lol!!) I have used various brands of lavender (organic and regular). This brand smells therapeutic and authentic as compared to some of the other brands I have used. I am using in a diy face oil and as a sleep aid. I like the aroma.
