Answer:	I’ve owned this mattress for a couple weeks and as a person weighing 250+ lbs, this mattress is very comfy for back sleeping — you get a really nice combination of softness and support! I’m primarily a side sleeper, though, and while the support is still great, I’ve noticed a couple minor pressure points that might be an issue over time. I’ve ordered the supplemental Nod memory foam topper to help with that.

Answer:	You would need to contact Amazon’s special handling team NOT the regular customer service folks. If they suggest UPS or 3rd party pick up call back and get another person. Bottom line is some of the people aren’t in the US or don’t understand certain policies. Due to Covid 3rd party won’t pick up and UPS can’t. In the end they will give you a one time refund. This may change later due to Covid changes but as of now that is how it’s working. I just went through this process in the last 10 days so I speak from experience. Before I purchased I had all my ducks in a row as I had fully researched returns. At one point there was a refund with proof of donation and that is what I had initially thought would happen.
