Answer:	There is a usb connector on the outside of the backpack where you plug your phone in and a wire on the inside that you connect to your mobile charging device. The phone can be placed in a pocket near the usb if you don’t want to carry it while charging. If you do want to use it while charging it is as flexible as the length of your charging cord.

Answer:	I am not sure what you mean by “large”. When I was traveling, I had the pack pretty full, and was still able to put a stainless steel 20 oz water bottle into the side pouch. I hope this helps.

Answer:	No. A bicycle helmet fits but if I was also trying to carry a laptop it would stress the laptop. There are 4 chambers and if you overfill one then the others will be limited or not usable.

Answer:	Not sure. Since the bag was under $30, I figured I would take my chances and work with the company or Amazon if I experienced a problem. That said, the bag has held up so far. I use the zippers frequently- more than normal- and I carry the bag everyday. I jokingly call it my "man purse." As a guy who has broken zippers on everything from bags to jackets to pants almost immediately, this bag is doing well. Did I say it is under #30?

Answer:	We don't know the dimensions of every laptop made, so the following information could be helpful. The integrated padded laptop sleeve dimensions are 11.5" x 11", and the overall size of the pack is 11" x 8.5" x 18". If it won't fit in the padded section, it should fit in the main body of the pack.

Answer:	Absolutely. It can be both carried horizontally by a side handle and mounted on luggage via a side passthrough. These are, of course, in addition to carrying and mounting the luggage vertically.
Question:	Why does it say its7.09 inches high? It's not a lunchbox right
Answer:	I fit TWO Panasonic GM5 with two primes on each (15mm f1.7, 8.5mm fisheye Rokinon) AND a 42.5mm 1.7 in the small hardshell compartment. That's two bodies, and three primes. Leaving the rest of the bag open for everything else. By the way, the Hardshell compartment is the same size in the Slim JUNIOR which is a smaller bag for times when you want even lighter bags.
Question:	can this carry a water bottle on the side
Answer:	The way I pack my bag most often tends to cause the bag to fall forward if set on the floor. So I either lay it flat, attach it to my roller bag, or lean it against something. This is not an issue for me and as a frequent business traveler this bag is great for my needs!
Question:	Does this have side pockets for a coffee mug holder
Answer:	Only flown 6 times with this bag so far but had one time on United 737-800 or 900 international flight aisle seat where the bag was a bit too wide. Not the fault of the bag but the multimedia box under the seat in front of me for the displays in the seat backs. Middle seat and window didn't have the box and would have fit fine. I think the plane was on the older side because I don't see this box very often. I really like this bag as a carry on and will still use it. It fit on other 737's fine and even the smaller CRJ200 reginal jets. I fly 100,000+ miles per year.
