Answer: As long as nothing has changed. When I purchased this I received 6 boxes of 6 pairs. It does come in a single box of 12 also if you choose. I also purchased the single box too bcuz I needed them immediately and the box of 6 would take too long to get. Personally I would search Mack's kids earplugs and there are other buying options with a clearer description! I like the earplugs by the way :)
