Answer:	I didn't see a size chart when ordered mine. The rule of thumb is to order the child's age. My grandson was 3 so I ordered the 4-6 size.

Answer:	No, it is just the costume. You would have to purchase a light saber separately.

Answer:	I believe it covers the whole face and the helmet covers the rest of the head, but since all of my stock is at Amazon warehouse I can't double-check for you personally. Good luck!

Answer:	It is a little big for my 5 year old who wears a 5/6 in just about everything.

Answer:	We bought medium and our son just barely fits in it - he's a 7 slim in most clothing (tall and very thin). He ran around wearing it for 15 minutes or so and it started pulling apart at one seam because it was so snug.
