Answer:	I personally use it in SO x5 beverage, but water works equally well. I use a 16 oz Mason jar with 4 oz of liquid and then shake it for a minute or so until the lumps are gone. Hope this helps. Despite the lumps, I like that this is 100% whey protein with no sugar (stevia sweetened).
