Answer:	This picture is quite decieving, the bag is very small. Id guess it was about 16 inches long by about 5 inches tall and 2 or 3 inches deep. I was looking to fit a book and notebook along with my scope and cuff, but its way too small. Because of how short it is, books are out of the question, but if it's just for accessories, its decent.

Answer:	I doubt it. The insert supports arch and metatarsal bones. I believe that hammertoes are caused by a toe joint misalignment. It may be possible for the metatarsal support to have some effect, but be very sure the toe box of your shoes is large enough that your toes are not cramped.

Answer:	the heels aren't super thick but if your shoes are snug it is possible these inserts would take up too much room to be comfortable. You can remove an insole in the shoe you want these for , if it has one, and replace it with this one and that might work. I really like these insoles and I walk a lot!! 5+ miles a day.

Answer:	Basically these insoles have a hard plastic footing with an arch and then a slightly thicker pad of the same thickness on top of that. I wish there was more cushion on my heal. I wouldn’t say there was any extra padding for the metatarsal.

As you can see in the picture it's not that big it's utilized to store simply materials such as shears, tape, iv saline, and Kelly clamps some pens and some paper.
