Question:	How do I set the time
Answer:	Yes have lights. Both would light up when walking but gson very active so I do not know what happens when it malfunctions. One shoes doesn’t always light up but if you tap it, it lights up.
Question:	Would it be too big on a 3 year old
Answer:	No
