Answer:	Yes. It will eliminate the odor of any urine residue it comes in contact with. Concrete is porous and absorbent so the urine might have soaked deep into the concrete. This means you need to soak the SUN solution in so it gets deep and comes in contact with the urine residue. The way you do this is to spray or pour the SUN solution on heavy and cover it with plastic so it will not evaporate but soak deep. You may need to apply more SUN solution as it soaks in so it continues to go deep. A small animal that deposits 4 ounces of urine twice a day will deposit almost 2 gallons of urine in one month or 22.5 gallons a year. The point is a lot of urine gets deposited over time and can be deep in the concrete or whatever surface it is on. If the SUN solution can get to it it will kill the odor.Thanks for the question.Leo

Answer:	Thanks for the question.Step one is locate all the urine residue. This is the most difficult step because sometimes the urine leaves no spot. Even if there is a urine spot on the surface you do not know exactly how far it has soaked and spread under the surface. A black light can help find the spots on the surface but they do not help knowing how far the urine has soaked and spread either. We did a test where we poured 4 ounces of colored water on a carpet. It made a 2 inch round spot on the surface of the carpet. We turned the carpet over and the spot (moisture) had spread to a 9 inch spot on the backing of the carpet and 9 inch spot on the surface of the concrete. The carpet was directly over concrete with no carpet pad. If we had not been able to turn the carpet over we would not have know to treat a 9 inch area. Urine usually is deposited in a stream so it runs to low spots soaks in and spreads. This means in order to get rid of the odor you need you odor neutralizer solution to soak in and spread also so it can come in contact with the urine and work on it. Sometimes urine is deposited in a spray and is only on the surface of whatever it is on. When this is the case you can just spray the urine neutralizer (SUN solution) on the surface and get rid of the odor but usually it is not just on the surface. Step two mix up the SUN solution. 4 ounces of SUN concentrate will make 2 quarts of ready to use solution. In most cases it is better to mix it to make 2 quarts rather than mixing it stronger because it is more important to have more product so you can treat a larger area than it is to mix SUN stronger and have less solution and treat a smaller area.Step three apply SUN solution to the urine residue. Spray it or pour it on so it comes in contact with the urine and can work on it.You can leave it to air dry or you can let it sit for just a few minutes to soak and then wet vac or blot up the excess with dry towels or rags. If you decide to help it dry out quicker then you would have a step four. Let me know if you have other questions.

Answer:	I realize that this question is very old, but it's important to note that hoses usually dilute at a ratio of around 1:25 or 1:32. So, that means you'd use 1 Tablespoon cleaner to 1.5 to 2 cups of water. All that being said, the potty patch is horrendous for outdoor control. Get a Spotty Indoor Dog Potty instead.

Answer:	It masks it for the first 24 hours, then it actually starts to smell a little worse as the enzymes decompose the urine for approximately a day, then the smell lessens and completely disappears in about 36 hours. In 3-4 days, all odors are completely gone. FYI: At least this is how it has worked multiple (5?) times on my artificial turf. I repeat this every year or so because we get so little rain in Southern California.

Answer:	EricaRubbing alcohol is a solvent and you can try that. Be careful with any spotter you try and test it first in an inconspicuous area to make sure it will not have a reaction you do not want. There are different type solvents. For example there are fast acting solvents like alcohol that work fast and evaporate fast. These are good on oils and light grease type spots. There are slow acting solvent spotters that evaporate slowly so they can work longer and these are better for gum and paint spots. It just takes the solvent longer to break down the things like gum and paint. We do not sell the solvent product. There are several reasons your spot could be dark. Can you explain more about the stain to me. If the urine stain is dark it could be because the oils or lipids in the urine and the dust and dirt in the air will stick to the to the oils and create a dark spot. If this is the case you can alternate spotting it with a standard alkaline spotter and the rubbing alcohol. The standard spotter will remove the dirt and dust and the alcohol will dissolve and remove the oils. Between the two you can remove the spot. If the spot is on wood the wood can go dark for completely different reasons and solvent may not help.
