| Answer: | The key is pulling out the protector flaps over the charge port, headphone jack and silence switch on bottom and side of case, then you can pull the rubber outer shell off the plastic frame. Then the frame kind of pops apart. You’ll have to pull the rubber part over the inner frame to get it locked back into the groove that holds it into place. |
