Answer:	I'm not sure about polyfiber fill, but I find this blanket to be VERY hot, even in winter. I toss it off just about every night, but since I missed the return period, I continue using it. I would return it if I could.

Keep in mind, a king bed measures 80x86" so if you are looking for a weighted blanket that can also be a comforter/bedspread you need one that is much larger than the king mattress - this is why we designed our king size blankets to be the size the are.
