Answer:	Nothing is water proof! It is very resistant to water. Leave in a bucket of water and it will by capillary action absorb water through the poors, but not very fast. If retrieve quickly, I doubt any water would get inside through the material, but so many openings and it got below water level then of course not, as water would pour in through the flap openings.

Answer:	I was trying to process the warranty but he cannot get through I would not purchase again because it’s trash
Question:	My first aduro for an iphone. been using on samsung phones. sliding is tighter than i would like. any way to make it slide a bit easier? defective
Answer:	I don’t know any way to make it slide easier and you don’t want it to slide too easy anyway. It will loosen up a bit with use however. While this is absolutely the best fit/price for my needs, the case does have a weak point - and that is related to the tight fit. The thin part between the screen and the volume button will eventually fatigue and break (lasts about one year for me). This is normal and at this price point it doesn’t bother me, but I advise having a spare on hand.
Question:	I don't use a belt, will this stay safe on a fabric waist band
Answer:	It will hang on it as long as it doesn’t weigh it down too much. I feel the clip is designed to hang on a belt, not necessarily pinch fabric.
Question:	Wife very happy with iphone 8 holster clip case. upgrading to iphone 12. does the iphone 11 case work with iphone
Answer:	No. Not only are the iPhones different sizes between the 11th generation and the 12th, the edges are also different so the cases will not be interchangeable. The Aduro holster case is an excellent case, and economical as well, but you will need to wait for one designed specifically for your iPhone 12 (remembering of course that there are now four different sizes of iPhones). I do imagine all the different sizes must drive the manufacturers crazy. I would find an inexpensive temporary case while you wait for Aduro to develop their holster cases for the iPhone 12.

Answer:	It depends on how thick the strap is and if the strap is removable. You should be able to. The metal piece cannot be removed.
Question:	Will this fit an LG Stylo 4 with a thin case
Answer:	Not sure I used my case for iPhone 7 Plus so if your phone is small then my it should be find. It’s a nice case.
Question:	Will the belt loop fit with a braided belt? The picture shows a really thin belt but the belts I wear are the thicker, braided kind
Answer:	I believe the belt loop will fit a braided belt. I wear a wide leather belt and there is space between the belt loops that should allow a braided belt to fit through it as long as its is not extremely thick. If the belt fits through a normal belt loops of blur jeans, it should easily fit through the loop on the case.
Question:	What are the internet dimensions of this holster? I've bought two other cases that weren't deep enough for my phone & case
Answer:	It is 3.5 inches wide and 5 inches deep and about 1/2 inch thick. It would fit an iPhone 6+ without a protective case, but it will not work with my life force case on the phone.
