Answer:	The lights, as I understand them and use them are for predator deterrence around or near livestock areas. I suspect rats would be more curious and continue to explore the area. Consult the family owned company to see if anyone has tried. They respond to communication.

Answer:	I have had no luck at all with this product. We are visited every night by various critters. Rabbits we have regularly. We've been visited at least 3 times that I know of in the past 2 months by a black bear so I take birdfeeders in each night. Also get deer, fox, skunks and on occasion, raccoon. Neighbors cats on occasion. Only use of the product is guiding my way from shop to house if I forget to turn on our front yard lights before dark.

Answer:	This usually happens if the flat Iron gets overheated when placed in a confined area, or a hole on a salon station while turned on at 450F . The heat travels up the handle to the micro processor and overheats and damages it. Fortunately this Tao is backed by an excellent warranty. Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	Many customers have had success using our product on synthetic grass. You'll want to rinse the area off with water first, then spray or pour our product on and leave it. Let it work its way down into the turf, as urine would, to get down and eliminate it. Also, if your pets go on the artificial grass regularly, you'll also have to apply our product regularly.

Answer:	Many of our customers have used our product in a carpet cleaner machine and have had good success. You can put a couple ounces of our product to every gallon or two of warm water in the machine. However, it's still better to pre-treat the problem areas, let it sit overnight if possible, then shampoo as normal the following day. The key is for the product to come in contact with the urine and then given time to work. Using it in the shampooer just puts it down and sucks it right back up. That doesn't allow it to go deep enough into the carpet (and pad), nor allow it the time it needs to break down and digest the urine crystals.

Answer:	While I'm not an expert on this product's molecular bonding to fabric, such as your hat, I assume what you're asking is possible. I put my sneakers in the other room when applying this product, because it is has a strong, but not offensive smell to it. There are "no-scent/scent free" hunting products (sprays, detergents, etc.) that are meant to mitigate odor, so I might pivot to those for something around my face.
