Answer:	I have only used mine for one purpose, listening to movies and such on my laptop. The instructions indicate that it will pair to your cell phone or any Bluetooth device. C. You can press MFB / Volume+ / Volume- / Microphone Mute Button on the Bluetooth headset to control the answer/hang up a call and play/pause of the music, next and previous song, volume up and down, microphone mute.

Connection with Computer:

A. First download a universal driver software.

B. Then plug in the Bluetooth adapter, at this point, the gray Bluetooth icon will turn to blue.(Note: Notebook computer with Bluetooth function does not need external Bluetooth adapter which need to buy separately. Right click on the Bluetooth icon, select “show the classic interface”).

C. When the Bluetooth headset turned off, press and hold ” MFB” button for 2 seconds until red and blue lights flashing ( matching), headset has entered the search state at this time.

Answer:	I can't see why it wouldn't work anywhere as long as it is charged properly. I wouldn't hesitate to use it in another country.

Answer:	Yes. It has a ear loop and also a ear bud that fits great and does not fall out. I have had problems in the past with other ear buds not fitting correctly but this one is great.
Question:	Will this pause/resume streaming media
Answer:	The ear hook works fine with glasses; HOWEVER, the ear hook is extremely uncomfortable. Be prepared to either shape it with some hot water or to pad it some how.

Answer:	I love this headset, it is not great if your window is down in your vehicle. Other than that I find that it is great. I use it with an HTC ONE

Answer:	I have a problem with mine as well. I don't think no one company has got it right on that part or we haven't found it. With the hooked rubber earmold it doesn't stay and with the plastic hook around the ear, even with the different size, it repositions the earpiece altogether. Finally trying it right now with the hooked earpiece and no rubber molding it seems to fit right in my ear.
Question:	how loud is it
Answer:	I have an acoustic tumor on the auditiry nerve in my ear. This device is crystal clear and loud. Can't find mine. Had to order another. The Jawbone my son recommended just isn't cutting it. Love this Bluetooth. Hope this one is as good as the one I lost. Sneaky feeling the dog ate it. Seriously. He's part Boxer.

Answer:	Whatever you can hear through your phone, you can hear through the headset. I have the S4 and through the SVoice app hear text messages. Ring tones are the same on the headset as they are set up on your phone. You can actually operate your phone with voice commands with this headset. It actually allows true handsfree operation

Answer:	Mine quit working properly afetr about the first 30 days. Bought it as a used / return or ? . Wouldn't recommend it. When it worked the controls were hard to use.

Answer:	Long press of hang up button either tells you how much talk time you have, or puts the thing into pairing mode.Using it while charging is impossible due to where the micro piece of junk USB port covered by a flimsy plastic door. I find the button on the "Boom" midway opens up JABRAS voice commands, not ok Google. Finding a way to have a text read back is impossible, NOT moisture resistant? Please Habra. Hang it up. I'm going Plantronics next time
