Question:	Will this prevent a door from blowing open when unlocked? Does it keep it shut until someone wants to enter
Answer:	I believe this closer can be mounted on either side of the door, whichever way it swings. Normally, it would go on the inside to protect it from the weather. As long as the mounting screews (supplied) will attach firmly at the 6 attachment points, I don't see any problem. Maybe you could drill the first hole and test for correct size before drilling all 6 holes. My guess is that the hole(s) will have to be drilled slightly larger for the screews to go into metal easily. Also, this closer has a max door weight--so take a look at that first. As I recall , that weight was quite large, and not a factor.
Question:	Will this closer work on a residential aluminum storm door
Answer:	This product unfortunately does not have a hold open feature.
Question:	What makes this ADA compliant
Answer:	Unfortunately this unit is designed for indoor use only. It can certainly be used on front doors to Someone’s house but not outdoors or on the exterior of a building.

Answer:	I think the short answer to your question is the Xbox will find it automatically. The long answer is that during initial configuration of the drive (when you connect it the first time) it will ask you if you want to use this to install games to. After this, the Xbox manages the drive and knows where it has installed the games. If you want to clear up space on the internal drive, you can move games previously installed on it from the internal drive to the external drive. You will do this through the Xbox manage storage feature, so the Xbox will know where it installed the game.

Answer:	I had this hard drive for awhile as a spare backup drive in my PC. I plugged it into the front port of my PS4 and instantly gained 4TB of space. It requires no extra power source, the PS4 will format it and you can play games on it just the same as installing to your HDD inside the PS4. I don't notice any speed issues on my PRO, it runs the same speed. It's perfect to stop you from having to shuffle games off and on the limited 1TB in the system.

I read that we need more joule ratings for home theatre systems that include big tvs. But power protectors that have over 1000 joules or over 1500 joules dont ever seem to be these tower power strips.. Which is BS . I dont understand why they cant add more joule protection. They can just make these towers wider and add the joule protection we nees -.-

Answer:	The Clamping Voltage: L-N 400, L-G 500, N-G 500. The EMI/RFI is 58dB.

Answer:	A GFCI receptacle wouldn't open due to an overload condition. They're not overcurrent protection devices... but if you mean a circuit breaker with GFCI, the breaker would clear for an overcurrent event but it would have anything to do with the GFCI per se. GFCI's monitor current imbalances between the phase and neutral conductors. This device (Surge Guard) does not correct power, it simply monitors power at the pedestal to ensure it's within the specified limits. If any of the power attributes exceed specifications, the device opens (disconnects power to RV) and monitors the line side (pedestal) until power returns within those limits. There's a few really good features on this device like digital display, auto reset, reset delay and of course the SPD. I don't own this device but am going to purchase. If you want power correction for an RV, look at a voltage regulator. There are a couple options out there (I own Research Technology model which is now owned by Southwire). A 30A RV service (in the US) will always trip out right around 24A because the circuit breaker is an 80% rated device. So you have the AC running, a bunch of incandescent lamps on and start making popcorn in the microwave and you'll probably pop the main breaker in your trailer or at the pedestal. A voltage regulator won't provide more power to your RV but will correct the voltage to more acceptable limits. Amperage, voltage, watts and resistance are quad constraints, effect one of them and they all change (Ohms Law). Typically, RV parks have issues with low voltage but correcting the voltage in general will make electrical devices in the RV run as efficient as possible. Low voltage is typically where you'll see nuance trips because lower voltage requires higher ampacity and are bad long term for anything with a motor (IE HVAC, refrigerator, pumps, etc). High voltage will tend fry a device (quickly) before a breaker trips.

Answer:	Yes, absolutely. You can mount this closer many different ways and the way you are describing is called the regular arm installation. Directions are included inside the package for easy installation. Hope this helps.
Question:	Is this installed directly to the foundation or should there be a 2x4 soleplate for the kit to attach to
Answer:	Yes....this closer has 3 different adjustments. 1) closing speed....you can adjust the speed at which the door closes up until the last 15 degrees or so. 2) latching speed....you can adjust the last 10-15 degrees of closing. Meaning that, just before the door closes all the way shut, you can adjust how fast the door closes fully. This is the adjustment you were asking about. Backcheck valve...this is the adjustment when you open the door all the way to the open position. For example, if the wind grabs the door and whips it open, the closer will catch the door and act as a built in stop. Hope this helps.
Question:	will the new product have the all metal uprights
Answer:	Each lock comes standard with 2 keys, but you have a couple options to get additional keys. 1) you can either give us a call and we can set it up so you can get multiple keys made with a custom order OR 2) you can also get copies made at any local hardware store. The locks come with standard with Schlage C keyway, 6 pin keys (which is a very common key type) and can get copies made locally. Which ever is easiest, we are here to assist. Just let us know. Question:	The floor brackets for the metal studs are missing from my order. How do I contact someone to correct this
Answer:	Home Depot sells a 36" soft-close version, not sure if it is available on Amazon. I believe you have to buy it with the soft-close feature already included in the track hardware.
Question:	I have 2x6 walls. Is there a link to the additional kit I need to adapt to that width
