2. What kind of AC adapter should I use with PowerWave Pad?

Your AC adapter must have a minimum output of 2A. Otherwise, your devices may not charge properly. A Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is required to charge iPhone 8 and later at 7.5W, and to charge Samsung Galaxy S10+ S10 S9+ / S9 / S8 / S8+ / S7 edge / S7 / Samsung Note 10/Note 9 / Note 8 / Note 5, LG G7 / G7+, and V30+ / V30 / V35 at 10W.

3. Will PowerWave work with phone cases?

PowerWave charges through phone cases that are no thicker than 5 mm. However, items such as magnetic / metal attachments, grips, stands, keys, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Charging speeds may also be reduced while charging with a phone case.

4. My phone is compatible with wireless charging, so why won't it charge with my wireless charger?

User questions & answers

Question:	Have yet to see any solar battery pack this size actually charge to full in bright sunlight. Can owners confirm it charges to full and how long
Answer:	I have never let my power pack discharge to empty. My power pack has had 3 lights lit and it took 2 weeks before the 4th light became solid. The power pack is advertised as the solar panel is only meant to charge the power pack in an emergency.
Question:	Does the solar panel actually work or just for decoration? How do I know if it's charging the internal battery
Answer:	Green light comes on if it's receiving charge from solar, and the blue lights light up in sequence to tell you it's getting some sort of charge (similar to what they do when you charge from an AC source); as others have said, it may take 55 hours or more in the sun to fully charge from the sun, so not sure how much the solar is actually worth (many of us, this was the reason for buying). As others have answered to similar question, it appears that it can also direct charge from the sun if you attach a cable to your phone, so maybe in a true emergency you can get enough charge to make a call or something.
Question:	Can this unit be charged with a usb as well or just solar energy
Answer:	There are 2 ways for charging your power bank, you could use a cable to connect 2A output adapter and your power bank for power supply. You could also let the solar panel face the sun and it will charge automatically in strong sunlight condition. Question:	How long does it take to be fully charged by sunlight
Answer:	From the manufacturer: "Since it’s solar output 180mA per hour we can measure the theoretical charging time for your reference: We test the solar charging in 25000 LUX sunlight intensity, we let the solar panel face the sun for 5 hours. 5 h X180mA=900mAh (also guarantee the same light intensity in 5 hours) In this way, it takes at least 11.11 hours to reach 2000mAh, then it will generate 1 bar of electric power for phone charging."
