Answer:	Hi, this is RenogyGear Customer Team. The cigarette lighter can be discharged to 12v13a alone. However, when the notebook output is simultaneously output, the cigarette lighter output is controlled. Otherwise, the battery discharge rate is too large, and it is easy to damage the battery.
Question:	Can it be charged from the cigarette lighter plug
Answer:	I've used the below linked 12v adapter to charge the battery bank off a 12v source of power. What you need is something that converts 12VDC to 15VDC, since the bank uses 15v @2A to charge. I've only ever stress-tested using a 110VAC to 12VDC wall plug to verify function and time to charge, and have had success in a function only test from a car outlet.
