Answer:	Go to control panel/devices and remove the Belkin Screencast from your list of devices. Reboot and it will reinstall itself and again ask for the security code as it did earlier.

Answer:	I know it works from android (4.2) tablet and from my Amazon kindle fire HD. If the ipad or iphone supports Miracast it will work. Best to check with Apple to insure it is not locked to Apple TV.

Answer:	Latest FW update for Belkin ScreenCast includes support for WiDi 3.5 which is compatible with Miracast.I have updated my unit and successfully connected with my Nexus 7 2013 through Miracast.So you should have no issue with S4 as long as Belkin is updated.PS: I've updated its FW with Intel WiDi Software from Notebook with Intel WiDi Wireless Adapter. Don't know how to update it without one...
