| Answer: | After testing with a meter in line, this model is identical to the previous models of 2 years ago! The older models had a green bar when charging. Newer model is round blue circle which does not change when charging, stays blue. I believe there will be no change on color light once charging cycle complete. Here are the charging stats with short high quality USB to Micro Cord. 4.86 Volts, 1.98 Amps (not 4.8 on single charging cord!) and 9.50 Watts. Far off from the advertised 24 watts and with only 2 ports, even if it achieved 4.8 watts x2 = 9.6 watts combined. Again, not close to 24 watts advertised. Would not consider it any different from the older model from 2 years ago. With the exception of the constant blue circle, when compared to old model, blue when plugged in and green during charging cycle. Glad I have 3 spares of the older model before discontinued as I prefer the blue then green when charging. Easier to monitor. Again, the stats are almost identical between old and new and off from what is advertised. Buy yourself one of the $20 meters on Amazon that provides stats of charger and when you are charging a device. You will be able to monitor the charging cycle start to finish and know which chargers are similar to a simple wall plug. |

| Answer: | It didn't charge my Pixel 2 XL, left it on all night. The indicator showed charging but it didn't charge. Data transfer worked between the Pixel 2 XL and the Computer though. |

| Answer: | With daily use walking outside, subjecting the connectors to minor stress regularly, I wore out the 3 (other two were gifted to someone else) within 6 months. They still work, technically, but the retention clips on all of them cannot take any weight outside of the hanging weight of the cable itself. Any additional force and the micro connector falls out of whatever port to which it is attached. That said, I have not found any other cables which offer durability above these, nor do I know anyone else who has found such (and I know dozens who use them to the level I do). The problem is the engineering of the micro USB connector. It was not designed for mobile applications where the connector would be subject to dynamic loading. Short of using special alloys and all-metal housings, not much can be done to the cables themselves which will increase their durability. My suggestion is to get a magnetic connector adapter if durability is an issue, as they eliminate dynamic loads in excess of the magnetic holding force generated by the adapter, as well as any shear forces on the connector itself (another cause of failure in these cables). |

| Answer: | I have a Galaxy S7 Edge and which I'm charing using a Key Power USB charger (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ASI4ZWW/) that includes a Quick Charge 2.0 port. Unfortunately, these cables did not support the QC 2.0 charging with my S7. I have some other cables that work fine with the Key Power charger, so needless to say, I'm returning by order. |

| Answer: | Two 1ft, three 3ft and one 6ft.but out of personal experience, they are really bad quality. they don't connect well, i had to throw away 4 of the 6. the remaining 2 i have to keep moving and twisting the cable to get it to connect. |
