Answer:	Unfortunately the only way to make it stick is suction to glass. The pebble surface of most dashs won't let it stick. I suppose several strips or strong double sided adhesive might work. Might damage the dash. Or a gel loctite super glue. Glass was my best bet. I put it low and slightly to the left.
