Answer:	Yes at least I’m not alone So I couldn’t work out how to discharge the water from the bottle ?????? After weeks the water went brown then solid in places inside the bottle ,,,,I got upset and my childike spirit got upset it couldn’t play with the toy anymore so I pulled the spout where the steam travels to release and guess what??? 😂😂😂 it disconnected,, THATS right just snap off the longs plastic tube where the steam travels then you can throw out anything in the bottle ,,, I proceeded with plain water to rinse out the bottle keeping the base out of the water,,,, then put disinfectant mixed with subtle bleach water got cloudy So I rinsed it around a few times poured that out ,, Thinking of damaging the fabric of the bottle or compromising any of the tubing inside I gently ,repeated that action under running water keeping the base dry then I poured plain water and a touch of bleach half a lid in the water set the steamer and that cleaned and steamed the inner tube,,, then one more time for hygiene sake .. rinse a few times till waters crystal clear now your good to go,, Hope that helped ,,,

Question:	Can you use essential oils in this unit
Answer:	No you can not! I learned the hard way by doing so. I had a bad cold and I put some Eucalyptus oil in the water tank with the water. What it ended up doing is warping the plastic opening and after about 2 uses after, the cap just fell apart so I had to throw that away. I can still use it, but I have to add the water by hand.

Answer:	I use mine everyday so at least couple of times a week, I make sure I unplug it, turn it upside down in the sink, then place it on a towel. I make sure all the components (3 of them; the body, top part, and the little water container) get dry. Package says once in a while to make sure there is no buildup to put couple of drop of clear vinegar in it and use it. hope this helps :)

Answer:	I usually stay away about 1-2 feet to prevent from burning my face. It may need to add more water or maybe some parts were not installed properly?
