Answer:	literature that comes with this chair states weight max for client is 300 pounds. You can find this info on their on-line description of Earthlite Vortex portable chair. What you won't read there, is that the chair, due to its' construction and light weight, is "wobbly", no matter weight of client seated on it.

Question:	How high do the leg adjustments go? I dont want to bend so far to reach clients. It puts a lot of strain on my back
Answer:	I’m 5’5”, and have the legs set to the second to lowest adjustment. There are 3 more leg adjustments, each an inch apart. You can also adjust the height of the seat, though that doesn’t change the height of the client by much.

Answer:	I've had this chair for about a year now and, yes...the friction closing, using your legs was awkward when it was new, and has gotten much harder over time. For what it's worth to others, I have found that it works much better if you sit back in the seat, rather than scooting forward to use your legs. This may go against intuition, but it seems to work much better with the added leverage you get.

Question:	I also broke the secure lock after the 2nd time I used it, Since I broke it I need to find how to buy the parts to fix this
Answer:	If your chair is under warranty, contact the seller and see if they will send you the parts or exchange the chair. I haven't had any trouble with the chair. I am a Massage Therapist and have several chairs. My Oakworks face cradle lock broke and also a cable. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me the parts. It was out of warranty so I had to pay for the parts, but it wasn't much.
Question:	On a master massage chair can you take the face cushion off and use your own? Plus can face cradle be positioned parallel to the floor
Answer:	Yes. The face vision is attached to the support plate by Velcro, so it can be frequently changed. The support plate pivots and can be parallel to the ground.

Answer:	I believe there is at least a year; my headrest broke about a year in, I contacted Master MC and they sent one (for free) right away :-)
Question:	Do you know the depth and width when the chair is open
Answer:	Not sure of the exact dimensions, I would say it is slightly bigger than the average massage chair. The seat is especially big in comparison to most which I like. My only complaint would be that the head rest doesn't go down low enough for my shorter clients, I have to stack a couple of blankets under them. Overall good quality though and I love the carry case with wheels!

Answer:	Everything is removable if you have a screw driver. It is not advisable. They serve a purpose by forming stability to the base.
Question:	what is the working weight
Answer:	Well, I don't know what it is *officially*, but I'm pretty stinking strong and biggish, and I've had people at least 250 lbs on it. The seat is not completely stationary -- it can wobble a bit from side to side, but it's not dangerous or anything. The wobble is very tiny, and was mostly solved by tightening the screw.

Answer:	Mine broke as well, Amazon replaced it no problem.
Question:	what is the capacity of the masssage chair
Answer:	It doesn't say on the site but I have worked on a 280pound patient and the chair held up nicely only a little noise when the client was getting on the chair worked them weekly and the chair is still strong. I would think that total capacity for the car would be somewhere between 450 and 500 pounds but I wouldn't work on anyone over 300 pounds in the chair. Also make sure it is on a hard none slick surface cause the feet do slide on slick floors and carpets.
