Answer:	I would not leave anything in it. On mine the rubber or whatever material gasket disintegrated so goodbye pressure. If that happens no replacement gasket available so money out the window...

Answer:	Real, but not great quality compared to other Marshall options. Go for their blu tooth version, they're much better than these wired ones.

Answer:	Yes some of them leak when not standing upright. I have one that also seems to leak just from the vacuum effect of pulling the cap off. I however love the fine mist that you get from these bottles so I would still order them again.
