Answer:	No scent at all. No cooling, burning or numbing sensation. I have used this product for a couple of years now. I suffer from cold sores that will flare up if I do not protect my lips from the sun. Since I started using this, I have had no issues. I do not have eczema though.

Answer:	Oh, yes. My lips are much, much better after just a few days and after one week my lips look like they did when I was under 30. I'm now 60 and I love my lips again. I can't believe everyone doesn't LOVE this product. It is phenomenal. I have chronically dry lips and over the years, I have paid ridiculous amounts for lip balms. Years ago I bought one treatment that was mixed especially for me in Paris that cost over $200. I was desperate and they saw me coming!! It didn't do anything. This Neutrogena Lip Balm is FANTASTIC!!! I don't have to reapply constantly. Two or three applications a day and my lips are good.

Grohe has sold out, shipping junk under their brand name. Read my review “Want Quality Items” one star. Had to throw it out and get an “Adler” by a more common brand. So many junk faucets on the market and Grohe teases that they are better BUT it’s so bad its useless. I do want my money back but the remodel dragged on too long, beyond the returns limit.
