For example, if the incoming water temp is 50 degrees in the winter, then the max winter temp will be 105. In the summer, when the incoming water is 65 degrees, the max summer temp will be 120 degrees. This is the way ALL demand heaters work. Be SURE to check the TEMPERATURE RISE specification on ANY demand heater to know what it is truly capable of. If the TEMP RISE is specified at 3GPM, and you try to set it higher, it may CUT BACK THE FLOW RATE to achieve the higher temp, but it will NEVER exceed the TEMP RISE spec.

Answer:	I don't think it's bothering me. .but the woods 50006 timer I bought 3 or 4 month ago just broke and it's in trash now. .lol

Answer:	You will have to turn the dial to reset the current time as it is electric and plugged in. But this is easy.
Question:	Can you set the timer to run for longer than 30 minutes? What's the longest time you can set it for? I'd like to set it for 2 hours, would that work
Answer:	This is a 24 hour repeating timer switch. You set the "on" periods and "off" periods, and the clock repeats them every day. I use one to turn on my bug whackers every night at 8:30 PM. They operate all night and cut off early in the morning at 7:30 AM. You have to understand how to set one. First the tabs around the outside of the dial must be pulled up for "off" and pushed in for "on". Once you have these tabs set to control your on and off switching, then you must set the timer clock itself to the correct time of day. You do that by rotating the dial (only in direction indicated by the arrows) until the arrow in the center of the dial points to the correct (actual) time of day. As you rotate the dial it will make tiny clicking noises. This is the switch passing over the tabs. After setting the clock, double check the tabs because it is easy to accidentally push some tabs down (setting them to "on") that you intended to have in the up position. This is not like an egg timer that counts down to zero and cuts off, - that you could set to operate something like a toaster, or a fan, or a TV, -unless you want the device to run at the same time EVERY day. You should be able to find an "egg timer" switch at the hardware store or an electric supply house. Hope that helps.
Question:	How do I open the timer to push the pins in? The instructions that come with the timers are terrible
Answer:	When you first set it up, all the pins are already pushed down as the factory setting. The "brown" numbers represent night and the white are day. There is a little arrow that reads time now. Turn the "wheel" clockwise until that arrow is on the present time. The instructions say to start by lifting all the pins up, but it's really easier to leave them down and pull up pins, being sure to leave the pins down for when you want the timer ON. Each pin is 30 minutes. So there is no need to open the timer.

Answer:	Switch should always be on. (Timer turns it off.) Set to Auto. It's easiest (for me) to set it all up when you want the light off (but keep the switch on), then, later, the timer will turn the lamp on and you should be fine from then on.

Answer:	Pizza can burn on the bottom because the fire is below the pizza stone. I have found that a long acclimation time works well. I build a fire using kindling and small pieces of wood stacked under larger pieces of wood. When the fire is roaring, I reduce the airflow in the fire pit and let the entire oven stabilize (more or less) at 500 to 700 F. I relocate the big pieces of wood (still burring well) to the outer edges of the fire pit so the direct flame is not directed to the pizza stone. Good luck and happy pizza making. Answer:	The reflector is made of aluminum. It is very thin and prone to damage--if you drop this you will dent it.

Answer:	Yes, I use it just plugged into the standard USA outlet in the wall and have used both the TheraBulb NIR-A Near Infrared Bulb - 250 Watt that mention its designed to emit optimal NIR healing wavelengths of 700 to 1200 nanometers. I've also tried successfully with the cheaper Philips Heat Lamp R40 Flood Light Bulb: 250-Watt which is also a infrared bulb.
Question:	Would this be safe to put inside a doghouse
Answer:	I would say no. I use it with infrared bulbs for the light therapy and I don't find these to be very good at all. The clamps do not work well like to dangle and hang. I am not able to direct them where I want because the clips are lousy, but even if they worked well I'm not sure this'll be a good set up for doghouse - in my opinion. I'm not sure it would be safe. The dog could still touch the light and get burnt.
Question:	It says 300wat and 250 wat which is it? And i will be using cfl bulbs
Answer:	You can use up to a 300 watt red infrared bulb in it. I use mine with a 250 Watt infrared bulb and it works fine. Hope that helps.

Question:	How many pieces in a box
Answer:	As everyone has stated they're not uniform so it's measured in pounds. Also it's about 200-300 sticks I'd guess. Just to give you an idea of how long a 10 pound box lasts, I would use 1-2 sticks per fire (3 if really windy) and would light 3-5 fires per week and the box lasted me about 6 months (I'm pretty sure at least, memory kind of fades me...). Long story short, I'm only on my 3rd box of this stuff in about 2 years time. Easily the best, most affordable fire starter. Although...right now it's $25, when I got mine I think it was about $5 less than that. I've also seen it for less in gardening stores. FYI
Question:	Do they product a lot of smoke
Answer:	No, they are really excellent starters...I have an electronic starter and these things light up like sparklers with the heated air blowing on them..they don't see, to give off a lot of smoke at all.
Question:	how many stick come in this 10 pound box
Answer:	I don't know but a lot of them, I have been using one box all winter, easy to start a roaring fire with 1 match, 2 sticks and one piece of paper. I use them constantly and sometimes cut one in half lengthwise with a small hatchet to get more use. There were at least 50-80 pieces. There are different qualities of these. I like these the best.
Question:	Okay, so I'm a fireplace newbie. What I want to know is, is this basically kindling? Do I need paper also
Answer:	I've done it all kinds of ways. In my woodburning stove, here's what works best: Layer crumpled newspaper, then 2 or 3 pieces of fatwood, then some small kindling, then some larger kindling. Once that gets going good and hot and the flue temp is 400 degrees or more, in goes a small log, then after awhile a larger one. At that point all you need is to throw a log on once in awhile. Fireplaces are a bit different in some ways, but the principle's the same.

Answer:	Possibly.... it would appear that the switch is wire as a “switch loop” base on having a white wire at a switch. The white wire should be marked with black tape to identify it as a hot wire. If that is The wiring scheme then you can use it. But you will need to verify this. Contact an electrician to verify.
Question:	does this require voltage to work? wanting to use it on low voltage
Answer:	Presumably, since the switch does not require voltage to operate, it should conduct any level of voltage when it's in the closed position. I hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong, because I plan to use it for a 12v light in my van.
Question:	Like others we installed this and the knob broke immediately. Has anyone found where you can find a replacement knob that fits this timer
Answer:	When the one I ordered broke I filled the back of the knob around the opening that slides over the switch with epoxy .It works fine now..
Question:	What style switch cover does this need
Answer:	You can use a regular switch cover with the rectangular cutout for the switch. The timer plate comes with a nut to hold the timer shaft in place on any switch plate with a normal rectangular cutout

Answer:	Dear Mr. Gupta, This is a mechanical timer with an electric motor. The motor is 125 Volts at 60 Hz only. Not only is the proper voltage important, so is the frequency (60 Hertz). Answer:	They are 15 min intervals.
Question:	Can I just use it as on/off switch
Answer:	Yes, not sure why you would want to as you would have to manually turn it to on or off each time you wanted to use it. You can get a simple switch to do that.
