Answer:	We did not find it greasy and shiny but it is thicker than normal lotion. We used it for 10 days in Costa Rica and it worked very well in protecting us from sunburns.

Answer:	Yes, it blocks both. The tube says both UVA and UVB. It also says broad spectrum, zinc-based sun screens are a physical sunscreen which is usually always UVA and UVB.
Question:	Is this water resistant or waterproof

Answer:	It's making you white like any 50 and more spf cream. But I put a little bit on my face and waiting 10 minutes. When it is well absorbed, I put a napkin on my face and walk along it with my hands, remove napkin from my face and then apply make-up. It turns out a very good protection from the sun and the face is not like a ghost.

Answer:	No, it's not bad. That is why shaking first is so important. It mixes ingredients together so that they aren't 'lumpy' and comes out in fine light spray once shook well. The can even says on it shake well for 5 seconds.

Answer:	Its like a spray zinc and sprays on white. I shake the can and rub it in but there is just a hint of white. No shiny. It stays on even when I get out of the pool. Strong stuff.

Answer:	Yes, definitely! I didn't rub it in the first time and got sunburned. The second time around I did rub it in and re-applied. I got sunburned again, but less so. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this product. Answer:	To me it is not greasy. It is a cream so put it on lightly at first, then as you sweat put another light layer on. BTW, I don't like sunscreen either. Elta is an excellent product that many dermatologist recommend.
Question:	What is the expiration date
Answer:	I don't see an expiration date, for some reason I think it's about a year; however, you can call them direct at 800-633-8872...they may also be able to provide the names of any local DERM Types who may have it avaliable.
Question:	does it get into your eyes when your face sweats
Answer:	Yes. My face had 'milky' colored beads of sweat which eventually ran to my eyes. I did not like the new spf 50 formula because of the gloppy white 'beads' that never blended well BEFORE I got sweaty. The old spf 45 was better at blending, but it too would eventually produce 'milky' beads which would run in my eyes if I got really sweaty.

Answer:	Chemical sunscreens often can sting around the eyes since this area is more sensitive. Try either putting a mineral sunscreen around the eyes or using a stick sunscreen (use your fingers to get the product from the stick to your eyes).

Answer:	This goes directly on your skin. It is a chemical sunscreen. So I order to work it has to react with your bare skin. Apply this, let it dry completely, then apply moisterizer.

Answer:	It is not reef safe at all!! To many chemicals.
Question:	Does it look transparent on the face or does it leave a white cast
Answer:	It looks transparent if you don't put on too much. Best to put on in small dabs first, and rub in. If you put too much on, it's hard to get the whiteness to go away, especially if you have a darker complexion. Also, I found that even if I did a good job of rubbing it in and it was invisible at first, if you sweat and have darker skin, it will turn a little white. Again, especially if you put a lot on.

Question:	Does this leave a white cast
Answer:	Yes. The degree of whiteness will vary depending on the color of your skin and the amount of sunscreen you apply. It makes me look like Casper the Friendly Ghost. The bright side is that it works really well as a sun block even when I am in the water for extended times. I've tried many other sunscreens and this is the only one that seems to protect even after 1 hour of surfing. So I would recommend it for water-sports, but not for land-sports like skiing, tennis, etc. It is also somewhat greasy and can rub off on clothing or gear, so I would recommend that you clean your hands before touching any equipment.

Answer:	The one with Zinc leaves a white sheen. I would not wear it under make up. The one with out zinc does not leave a coating and I do wear it under my make up. I like the zinc for my nose because zinc has healing qualities and I have skin cancer on my nose. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Per the EWG site, it states that the product's ZINC OXIDE is (sunscreen grade > 100nm grade) and my understanding is that anything greater than 100nm is non particle. I'm not sure if it's biodegradable.

Answer:	We used the sensitive one for the face and did not experience pimples, zits, or breakouts. We limit it use for when int eh water. When not in the water, we use the Elta MD Broad-Spectrum UV Clear SPF 46 to protect our face and Broad-Spectrum UV Sport SPF 50 for the body which is also water-resistant for 80 up to minutes.

Answer:	Completed to other cheap sunscreens it doesn't feel greasy at all. It does soak in to the entire body pretty quickly and feels pretty good. It is a pretty thick sunscreen compared to others and takes a little more rubbing in but is well worth it.
