Question:	When the instructions say "Apply to the skin area, smooth side down," do they mean the sticky side or the side with the charcole
Answer:	They mean the side that was stuck to the plastic! That side is smoother and shinier. Make sure your skin is pretty wet before you apply it, I would advise steaming it with a hot towel to open up your pores. It won't stick as well if there isn't enough water.
Question:	do you think this will work for one stubborn blackhead on my shoulder
Answer:	I honestly don't think it's that strong if you're saying it's stubborn. I mean it does work and you see all the white heads when you lift it but it doesn't take it all completely. I would look for the Black Head Biore one.
Question:	Do these remove fine hairs on the nose too
Answer:	I am not sure if they remove fine hairs, I would say "maybe". I do know I have used these now several times and if I had to guess, they only remove about 30% of what is there. Afterwards, you can still see many remaining 'heads, and I just remove them all myself by squeezing techniques. I guess it depends on the individual person, skin type, etc. But they only work very slightly for me.
Question:	will this work on whiteheads on the tip of my nose
Answer:	I just used it today. And it took the blackheads off of my nose. Looked like a porcupine. As far as whiteheads I'm not too sure.

Answer:	I have very sensitive skin, so usually even taking off a bandaid hurts, but the biore strips seem to come off pretty easy and with no pain at all. :) if it does seem to hurt a little, dab just a tiny bit of water on the strip with your finger and it comes right off. Hope this helps! :)

Answer:	Yes! I cut them in half and use them on my chin and even under my eyes near my cheek bone. I love this product!

Answer:	I have very oily skin. Lots of big pores. The strip works for a couple days max, and then the pores fill with oil plugs again. If I use the strips every couple of days, they tear too much skin off. About once a week is best for my skin, but that leaves lots of days with large oil plugged pores in between.

Answer:	Peel off the clear cover to expose the side that goes on your skin. It’s sticky kind of like a band aid the sticky side goes on skin.

Answer:	No! Smooth and refreshing.
Question:	Do I put the black side against my skin or the gray side? Directions are not clear and the picture shows the black side away from the skin
Answer:	It contains alcohol denatured (dissolves surface oil), isopropyl alcohol and plain alcohol. These types of simple alcohols are antiseptic, but they should not be alone. This is not a hydrating toner but an astringent targeted to ppl with oily skin prone to acne. However it does contain glycerin which is a humectant which means its moisturizing and retains water. It has no intense scent just some from the hamamelis (witch hazel). The witch hazel is there to balance out the alcohols and provide moisture. I personally use this once a day (i find it quite hydrating but if used alone ur skin may go from dry to oily during the day). I use it along with a hydrating toner (like Thayers witch hazel) and my skin has no issues,no acne anymore.

Answer:	Probably but you may have some bumps in the paper. This comes with some for the nose and some for the face. The nose ones have specific shapes and cuts in the paper so it lays flat.

Answer:	Oh man lol 😂 They seem pretty gentle to me. As long as he doesn’t have sensitive skin. They do set up pretty stiff which is good but sometimes your skin might get a little dry or red there but overall this product works great, I’ve bought them twice and actually saw blackheads on the strip!
