Answer:	There is elastic around the bottom on the ends to hold it in place. There are no additional straps or pull strings. I have found that my cover blows off on very windy days. There is at least one set of reinforced holes at the bottom on the sides. I took a piece of wire, ran it through one of the holes, under the car, through the hole on that side, back over the top of the car and tied it back down by the first hole. Even with very strong winds, my cover has not blown off since.

Answer:	I don’t think so. My Lincoln LS is a little on the short side and the cover is stretched to it’s max. 1976 Olds 98 = 232 inches length, 2003 Lincoln LS = 196 inches length. I am sure it won’t fit. Order a larger one.
