Answer:	Please keep in mind that darker skin tones are more prone to hypopigmentation (ie white spots) and scarring when using acid peels. This doesn't mean you cannot use them, just that you must be very careful. I would recommend starting with a lower concentration, such as 30%.
Question:	Does this peel tighten your skin
Answer:	It does when you are using a higher level of Glycolic acid of 70 % or more as the skin will inflame slightly and then it will reduce in swelling and be smooth and tight. Everyone's tolerance to the amount of time that this product will remain on your skin (face) will vary. (so will results) I left it on for 7 minutes and then neutralized it with baking soda (best) and then applied aloe and coconut oil to keep my face hydrated. This Facial peel will actually add moisture back into your skin! I look at least 5 years younger and friends and family stated how rested and younger Iooked! They asked me what I did different... Highly recommend this brand as it is a quality product and not the raw acid that others put out.

Answer:	I thought it was a high potency peelBut it is not!
Question:	can i mix the salicylic acid with glycolic acid
Answer:	You should look at just doing a jessner peel instead.

Answer:	I would only use this product once a week. It is strong. I accidentally left it on a spot I was treating, and it burned me pretty bad. Great product though.
Question:	When does this acid expire
Answer:	The expiry date for the bottle I bought: MAY 2018 (Batch 0515). No matter how I dilute it so irritates glycolic acid of this particular mark my skin. It also does not particularly effective. I do not recommend it.

Answer:	The issue with the incorrect image has been fixed. It is now displaying the right image for 2% BHA Liquid. We currently do not ship to Vietnam, but are considering international shipment options.
Question:	Is this a cleanser or should I cleanse + exfoliate first and then apply this as a toner? Or before toner
Answer:	This is your exfoliator, so no need for an additional scrub or another chemical exfoliator. If you are new to exfoliating with a BHA this strong, putting on a toner first can help this from penetrating so quickly (which could be a good thing). You can also put your toner on afterwards if you want the fastest exfoliation. If you haven't used a chemical exfoliator in a while, I'd start slowly, every other day. This one is particularly strong. This is NOT a cleanser and should not be washed off. It is also NOT a scrub; it does not contain any abrasive ingredients like walnuts shells or sugars. You should 1) cleanse skin 2) toner (optional) 3) this exfoliator 4) moisturizer suitable for your skin type or daytime sunscreen.
Question:	How long did you use them before noticing a difference in improved skin tone, or diminish closed comedones
Answer:	I have been suffering from horrible hormonal acne around my chin/jaw since November 2017. I've tried everything I can get my hands on with no avail. I've been using Paula's Choice consistently for almost 3 weeks now and I started to notice a chance this week. I still have closed comedomes but NOT to the extent I've had previously. I am religiously putting it on my chin every morning and am thrilled to finally see results!
