My skin is not inflamed and it takes care of breakouts and dryness while also clearing away oil and grime. There is no reason why this face wash would be for men other than it smells minty. And honestly, mint is not just for men. Lol. It has a nice clay base which is soothing and gently exfoliating. Female products also tend to market to.women because they charge more for them and put a bunch of perfume and crap in it that isnt good for our skin. As a woman to another, give this a try.
