Answer:	Hello! When viewed from the side the head collar should resemble a “V”. To test the fit of the nose loop gently pull it forward. It should go no further than the fleshy point on the dog’s nose and you should not be able to pull it completely off the dog’s nose. It is used in case your dog slips out of the head harness...your leash is now still attached to the collar/harness with the head harness hanging loosely in mid-air. Use a safety line that is long enough to not restrict your dos's head movement.

Answer:	FYI, The original question was asked in 2015. In the product I received 3/2018, polyethylene is NOT in the list of ingredients. The Microbead-Free Waters Act of 2015 required all products of this type to be microbead free by 7/2017.

Answer:	The gentle skin cleanser doesn’t do a very good job at removing make-up compared to the face cleanser. I have oily skin. The gentle skin cleanser on my skin feels waxy, like it doesn’t cut through the oiliness. The face cleanser does remove make-up immediately and leaves my face feeling fresh, not oily and waxy like the gentle skin cleanser.
