Question:	I can see it says men but can this be used for female as well with oily skin
Answer:	I have been drinking one cup of this arnica tea daily for over a year now because I like the flavor but can not tell it has helped relieve any pain symptoms. I use arnica gel to clear up bruising faster but the tea does not work for that either. I think the tea is just not strong enough to be effective for pain
