Answer:	Be sure to clean the under eye area before applying puffy eyes. Wait at least 10 minutes before applying any other makeup. Let the Puffy eye treatment completely dry. I do use eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara and foundation after Puffy Eye application but I am careful not to let the foundation touch the treated area under my eyes. Products with high powder content will display white areas if spread over the puffy eyes treatment. You may also want to use some moisturizer after the use, at the end of the day, so your skin won’t stay dry, you may try our eye serum the goes with it. I have heard few customers says that it goes well for them using liquid foundation, so I guess its personal. At most cases liquid foundation cancels the results of this product, so as water. Answer:	The company does not recommend but I did use it on my upper eyelid. Now I am using Signature Club A Platinum ElectroCharged Upper Eyelid Fix cream. Works great. Under eyes I still use Semantika and live it.

Answer:	This facial cleanser is a cream and does not lather. That being said, it is ultra creamy and gentle, removes all your makeup and leaves your skin feeling moisturized and clean . I love it!

Answer:	I don't think this is meant to be a replacement for a moisturizer. I have very sensitive rosacea prone skin and it doesn't leave an oily residue or a dried up face. Your face just feels moist and refreshed like when you get out of the shower. The reason a lot of people wouldn't use a foaming formula is most likely there's harsh detergents in it that make it foam like sodium lauryl sulfate. Their foaming formula has fragrance in it, this does not.

Answer:	This is the only make up remover I use. It will even remove non waterproof mascara without burning the eyes A little goes a long way. I have mature, dry skin and I have stopped using the high end cleansers and will continue to purchase this.

A caveat though: I use the Honey Girl face cream for sensitive skin, the Jane Iredale Amazing Base loose powder, J.I. powder blush and non-waterproof mascara- all lightweight stuff. This cleanser may not work the same with cream based makeup. Initially had tried the original facial cleanser and makeup remover and didn't like it at all, so was pleased to see this foam cleaner come on the market. The only negative is it's expensive to use. My container lasted exactly one month, using a.m. and p.m. But I love it, so will justify expense (somewhat) by economizing and just using in p.m.
